FMMI provides bespoke Executive Training Programmes for football clubs and governing bodies around the world.
Our programmes consist of high quality seminars, workshops and training sessions delivered by industry experts and leading specialist academics with an emphasis on involvement in workshops/group work and presentations. The programmes balance theory and practical application of knowledge. We work closely with our clients to tailor programmes to their requirements.
Each session is built around a clear set of core objectives and learning outcomes. The aim is to give participants practical ideas of best practice that can be applied to their specific clubs.
Working with AFFA (the National Football Federation of Azerbaijan), FMMI designed and delivered a three-stage Executive Training Programme. AFFA are a forward thinking federation who recognised the need to raise the standard of administration and commercial acumen of the staff at the federation and professional clubs.
Academic sessions were delivered by the Football Industries Group at the University of Liverpool along with leading industry practitioners (from organisations including Arsenal FC, Tottenham Hotspur FC, Charlton Athletic FC, AND Sports Architects, AEG, Prozone and The Football Association) delivering practical sessions and workshops.
Each stage lasted a week and with site visits to football clubs, stadia and training facilities including St George’s Park, The Hive, Manchester City Football Academy and Wembley Stadium.
