FMMI continue their development in eastern Europe with a major consultancy project for an aspiring football club.

Following on from successful work in Georgia, FMMI's football consultancy team have been engaged by a club in Azerbaijan to advise on wholesale restructuring of the club including facilities, organisational structure and supporter development.

"Following recent successful projects in this part of the world, we were approached by this ambitious football owner with aspirations to compete firstly on a domestic level and eventually in European competition," commented Neil Eaves. "This is an exciting project and enhances our growing reputation in the rapidly developing eastern Europe market."
